Have you realize today that daylight savings time has gone an hour early. i mean its like 5pm here in Dallas?
and its still light out before it would get dark by 5pm. but now its still light out. its so amazing how that stuff just gradually happens little by little

Instead of gifts, how would you ask guests to donate to my son's savings account?
I'm having a HUGE 1st birthday party for my son, and instead of gifts i.e toys, clothes,etc I would like to ask our guests to donate to my son's savings account we started his acct. when we received money from my baby showers and would like to continue to build up that acct. for him for his future . First of all I'm not sure if that is rude or not. I think it might come off rude to ask for money from someone, but at the same time, I think it is practical b c 1. it is for him and his future, 2. we really don't have a lot of room in our condo for all the toys & clothes 3. I would rather our guests' gift go to my son and his future not a donation station. How would you word something like that on an invitation? Please help

I am not sure if this happened or not but does any know of a year in Northern Ireland when the clocks were not changed for daylight savings? I vaguely remember going to school in complete darkness so think it did happen.I think it was probably around the mid 90's.

im 18 years old so far i have saved up $30 000 AUD dollars is that a good amount for an 18 year old how much have you saved when you were 18. I go to uni also and i pay for all my expenses and i mean all, Mobile, internet, travel, clothing, even some food items. my parents are generous but they dont have the capacity to give us all money. So i started to work at 14. Is that a good amount to have.no IM NOT bragging u idiot ive worked too hard for it to bragg just want to know whats the normal saving for an 18 year old i dont know if 30 000 is alot or not doesnt seem like it these days and its not like im gonna ask my friendman do people like to be mean and rude.
